and 24th Street and runs parallel to US Route 31.
from Grandville, Jenison, or Grand Rapids ...
Take Exit 52, Adams Street, west towards downtown Holland.
Adams St. will become 16th St. Turn left onto Century Lane
(a short distance west of US Route 31, past Menards).
when you arrive ...
Look for our brick building that includes Lakeshore Disability Network and Peasley Brothers Chiropractic.

Follow straight through the parking lot and take a left towards the backside of the building. The entrance to our suite is on the far right side. Parking is available near our entrance and along the perimeter of the building.
